Privacy
Clear choices for your data.
How Candlesmaster handles enquiries, downloads, comments, marketing preferences and consent-based analytics.
Enquiry data
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to respond to the project request, qualify the lead and provide requested product information. Agreement to process the enquiry is required and recorded separately from the optional marketing choice, which is disabled by default.
Comments
Article comments are reviewed before publication. Public comment data contains the submitted name, optional company, comment and date, but never the email address. Email is retained for moderation and privacy requests and enters the marketing pool only when the separate updates option is selected.
Downloads
Some documents require contact details for delivery and download recording. The privacy agreement for delivery is separate from marketing consent. Download events do not store IP addresses, and marketing remains disabled unless the separate updates option is selected.
Marketing consent
Marketing emails are sent only to contacts with an applicable consent record or another lawful basis. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribed contacts are excluded from future sends.
Cookies and aggregate analytics
Necessary cookies support sessions and security. Optional analytics remain disabled until Accept all is selected. When enabled, daily totals are kept for 400 days and anonymous session events for 90 days, including public path, referral domain, CDN country code, coarse device/browser class, visit depth and optional UTM term. Raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, advertising identifiers and device fingerprints are never stored. Your choice is kept in browser local storage.
Change your choice
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer at any time. Choosing Essential only stops future optional analytics from this browser. Previously aggregated counts cannot be linked back to an individual visitor.
Your requests
For access, correction, objection or deletion requests relating to submitted information, contact fundayclaw@gmail.com and include enough information for the team to locate the relevant record.
